On-line bookings are held for one week. On receipt of your deposit we will confirm the booking in writing or by email. The final balance and security deposit is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. We accept both UK and US cheques or you can pay directly to our bank account in Florida. Alternatively, you can use any major credit card via PayPal. Please note transactions via PayPal will be subject to a 4% service charge. |
