"I would recommend this home"

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely 6 bedroom home with private heated pool and spa.
The pool temperature was warm at a comfortable 85 degrees and the hot tub was also heated to our liking. The poolside BBQ was a welcomed bonus and the secure safe gave peace of mind for our valuables. The yard was well manicured clean and private. We liked the attractive quiet neighbourhood conveniently located close to shopping. After a day at the theme parks it was a wonderful retreat to come home to.
The owners (Steve & Veronica) were very available, flexible, accommodating and friendly as was also the property manager.
The main shared area was spacious/tasteful and what you see on the photos was true to what we received upon arrival. The beautiful kitchen with granite counters and main master bathroom with extensive tiling are amazing.
I would recommend this home.

"Our fourth time at the Villa"

Dear Steve & Veronica,Thank you again for another fantastic trip stopping in your villa. This being our forth time we really do notice the upgrades you do year on year to your beautiful villa keeping everything up to date. The villa is in a perfect location for getting to everything that central florida has to offer but is also in a lovely quiet location with plenty of nature around. "It really did feel like a holiday"

We had an amazing time at the villa and the attention to detail you gave to our stay was outstanding. With directions to all major attractions, a suggestion for restaurants and an occasional phone call to ensure everything was as expected was most welcome.

You both really made us feel at home and with the added advantage of having Veronica sort all the travel arrangements it really did feel like a holiday. We will certainly be going back again as soon as we possibly can, thank you....

"The whole experience was very professional "

From our first conversation with Veronica regarding the hire of the villa I knew we would be in very good hands. The whole experience was very professional from sorting our flights to car hire and offering advice about the area. Veronica went the extra mile to make sure our holiday was one to remember hence our return 3 times to the villa.
The Villa is extremely spacious, all the bedrooms are very roomy which was great as other villa experiences have meant some of the family have had to sleep on sofa-bed settees so this was great. You have all mod cons in the kitchen which made cooking so easy.
The games room was a huge hit with the kids keeping them occupied while the adults relaxed round the pool total bliss. The villa is in the perfect location to escape the hustle and bustle of the parks enabling you to recharge your batteries for the next park visit. My family would highly recommend the villa to any family, it has everything you need to make your holiday in Florida perfect

"Furnished to a high standard and very homely "

We have used this villa many times over the years and think of it as our villa which is furnished to a high standard and very homely. It has a large swimming pool. There is a pool table in the games room and many things to keep the kids amused. It is very close to a publix supermarket and many places to eat within a short drive. It is also very close to the I-4 highway and all the parks, malls and outlets. We all loved the villa and could not say anything negative and look forward to booking it again.

We have travelled with Veronica a few times and stayed at Veronica & Steve's villa twice.
Always trouble free and well organised. The Villa is so comfortable and relaxing - feel safe with the children and its really well located for all the main routes. Lots of shops and supermarkets close by. Great place to base your holiday in Florida.

"This property is by far the best we have stayed in"

We found a lovely roomy 6 Bedroom Luxury Villa awaiting us, on the quiet & secluded Sunridge Woods Community, less than 5 minutes off the Highway to Disney. Much nicer than the homes on the busy highway 27. It’s a real home from home, with all the important comforts, and well maintained and used by its owners. It’s so nice to get a property that clearly means something special to its owners, as opposed to some rental properties that resemble hotel rooms. Great Pool & Spa area. Having taken vacations in Orlando each year for the last 15 years, this property is by far the best we have stayed in. We hope to return again later this year, and Steve & Veronica will be our first reservation phone call.

"It couldn’t have been better"

We stayed in Veronica & Stephen’s beautiful villa for a week and it couldn’t have been better. It has all the creature comforts including a great heated pool and spa, which we made use of and a games room. It is a very well maintained property in which the owners take an obvious and well-deserved pride. Their directions from the airport to their villa were easy to follow and the villa was easy to find, just off exit 58 on the I4. We would have no hesitation to recommend it to our friends.

"Handy for all the local Disney and Orlando theme parks"

The owners were most helpful in the booking process and giving us all the local information we needed. The villa was very comfortable with a lovely private pool and jacuzzi. It was also a bonus having the games and sports equipment in the games room to pass the evenings. It was very handy for all the local Disney and Orlando theme parks and attractions. I wouldn't hesitate to use the villa again and recommend it to friends and family.

"A perfect base to enjoy ourselves"

We all enjoyed our holiday, in particular the villa. It was a perfect base to enjoy ourselves and visit the theme parks. The-Florida-Villa is ideally located within a short drive of I 4, convenient for all the Orlando attractions.
The swimming pool was a magnet to the children and they spent an enormous amount of time swimming and playing in it.
As far as the holiday in general is concerned, everything went like clockwork and we had a marvellous memorable time.

"Great location and facilities"

There are vacation rentals and there is "The-Florida-Villa." Clean, comfortable, everything just works. Great location and facilities, we will definitely be going back again next year.
