This single storey, 6 bedroom, fully air conditioned villa offers total privacy and will comfortably accommodate friends & families from 2 to 12 persons for the holiday of a lifetime.
The spacious lounge provides a comfortable place to relax after a long day at the parks or on the golf course. It has a large screen TV, cable, VHS & DVD.
There are both inside and outside dining areas.
The six bedrooms have three double beds (two en-suite) and three twin beds plus an extra sofa bed. Four bedrooms have their own TV.
The three bathrooms each have a hair-dryer.
Ceiling fans and full air conditioning will maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the villa.
The study area has an internet PC and wi–fi.
A games room provides extra entertainment with pool table, football table, and exercise equipment including treadmill, stepper, exercise bike and rowing machine.
In the utility room you will find a washer and dryer plus iron and ironing board.
All linen and towels are provided.
The large pool deck is completely private, not overlooked by other properties. Heated 30' x 16' swimming pool. Hot-tub/Jacuzzi. Gas BBQ
Our professional housekeeper cleans and manages the villa and offers a 24hr. emergency service.
